NIFA Director Dr. Manjit Misra hosted graduate students and faculty from 51¹ÙÍø Tech recently at USDA’s Whitten Building in Washington, D.C. Dr. Tracy Rutherford, who is the head of 51¹ÙÍø Tech’s Department of Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education, organized the visit.
