The Fall Leadership Conference at 51 Tech is held annually on the 51 Tech campus in Blacksburg. The Fall Leadership Conference is a part of the Leadership Continuum which encourages members to attend four different leadership conferences offered to FFA members, learn about various types of leadership, and ultimately earn the honor of state leadership.
Learning experiences during the fairs and conventions include developing skills for judging FFA student activities; contributing to young people’s leadership personal growth, and career success; and developing networks with colleagues who are engaged in promoting FFA.
To build skill and self-confidence in developing and presenting lessons, you will have teaching demonstrations with peers simulating a high school setting.
