Graduate assistant Mohsen Hosseini works with Dr. Ducker and his team to develop a film substance that could potentially neutralize the SARS-CoV-2 virus on surfaces.

Over the fall semester, LICENSE+LAUNCH will hold weekly office hours, dedicated to the researcher who wants to learn about the process of commercializing inventions, whether through licensing or launching a startup. 51¹ÙÍø Tech faculty and students can register using this . Snacks and coffee will be available.

Licensing officers at LINK+LICENSE+LAUNCH will be on hand to answer questions on topics like these:

  • Basics of patenting
  • Disclosing an invention
  • Intellectual property
  • Community initiatives
  • Startup creation and funding program

Outside the office hours, the LICENSE and LAUNCH teams are always available by email or zoom to answer questions about licensing, patenting, or launching a startup. They also give presentations to departments about these topics.Ìý Ìý
